What is Growmiz?

Growmiz is a SaaS platform built for Indian small and medium businesses to create professional websites and ecommerce stores — without writing a single line of code.

Every site comes with a free subdomain (yoursite.growmiz.com). You can connect a custom domain via the Bring Your Own Domain addon. Pricing is in INR, payments are handled through Razorpay, and you receive order notifications via WhatsApp.

Onboarding (3 Steps)

After your first payment, you will be guided through a 3-step setup wizard to create your first site.

Step 1 — Business Basics

Enter your business name, your niche or industry, and optionally a phone number and tagline. A subdomain is auto-suggested from your business name.

Step 2 — Subdomain

Review your assigned subdomain (yoursite.growmiz.com). This is where your site will be live.

Step 3 — Site Type

Choose between a Normal Website (for service businesses, portfolios, etc.) or an Ecommerce Store (for selling products online).

Setup Wizard

After creating a Normal site, the Setup Wizard helps populate your site content in 5 sections:

• Hero — main headline, CTA button, background image
• About — your story, founder, values
• Services — up to 8 service cards with icons and prices
• Contact & Social — phone, email, address, Google Maps link, WhatsApp, social media
• Gallery — upload photos for your gallery

Each section has an “Generate with AI” button that fills the content automatically based on your niche.

Design & Branding

Go to Dashboard → Your Site → Design. Four tabs let you customise the look and feel of your site:

• Theme — primary and accent colors, heading font, body font
• Navbar — background/text color, logo image, sticky toggle, auto-add pages toggle
• Footer — background/text color, copyright text, 3 link columns
• WhatsApp Button — enable the floating WhatsApp button, set phone number and pre-filled message

The right side shows a live preview of your site with a desktop/mobile toggle.

Pages & Editor

Three pages are auto-created on signup: Home, About, and Contact. You can add more pages via the Extra Pages addon (each purchase adds one page slot, stackable).

Click any page in Dashboard → Pages to open the visual block editor. Block types include: Hero Section, Feature Cards, Testimonial Slider, FAQ Accordion, Gallery, Contact Form, Newsletter Form, Video Embed, Google Map, Rich Text, and more.

Gallery

Dashboard → Gallery. Upload images (JPG, PNG, WebP). Drag to reorder. Add captions and alt text inline. Filter by category.

Storage usage is shown at the top. The base plan includes 20 images. Upgrade to the Unlimited Gallery addon for no limit.

Blog

Requires the Blog addon. Dashboard → Blog → New Post.

Write in Markdown with a live preview. AI can generate blog titles and body content. Set a cover image, tags, category, and SEO meta fields. Posts are Draft by default — toggle to Published when ready.

Enquiries & Subscribers

Enquiries are messages submitted via your site’s Contact Form. View all in Dashboard → Enquiries. Reply directly from the dashboard — your reply is emailed to the visitor.

Subscribers are emails collected via your Newsletter Form block. Export them as CSV.

FAQ & Testimonials

FAQ: Add questions and answers. AI can generate both. Drag to reorder.

Testimonials: Customers can submit testimonials via your public site. You approve them in Dashboard → Testimonials → Submitted tab before they go live. You can also add manual testimonials with a star rating and photo.

SEO Settings

Requires the SEO addon. Dashboard → SEO. Three sub-tabs:

• Site Settings — meta title, meta description, Google Analytics ID, Google Search Console verification, Meta Pixel ID
• Pages SEO — per-page meta title/ description, OG tags (for social sharing), Twitter card tags, canonical URL, noIndex toggle. Live SEO score (0–100) based on 6 checks
• Schema & Integrations — structured data (LocalBusiness, Restaurant, Store, etc.) with address, city, lat/lng for Google rich results

Popup Builder

Requires the Popup Builder addon. Dashboard → Popup. Three popup types:

• Newsletter Capture — email collection
• Announcement — notice to all visitors
• Promo Offer — headline + image + CTA

Configure triggers: time delay, exit intent (when user moves to close the tab), or 50% scroll depth. Target all visitors, first-time only, or returning visitors only.

Team Members

Requires the Team Members addon. Dashboard → Team. Add up to 4 members.

Each member gets a phone number and a 6-digit PIN for login. They log in at your site subdomain with their phone and PIN — this is separate from your main account.

4 roles: Manager (all permissions), Editor (content only), Support (minimal), Viewer (read-only). Each permission is individually toggleable.

Bring Your Own Domain

Requires the Bring Your Own Domain addon. Dashboard → Domain.

Enter your domain purchased from a registrar (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com). Point your DNS: A record to 76.76.21.21 (for apex domains) or CNAME to cname.vercel-dns.com (for subdomains). Click Verify. SSL is automatically provisioned once DNS is verified. Propagation can take from minutes to 48 hours.

Publishing Your Site

Dashboard → Your Site → click Publish. Your site goes live at yoursite.growmiz.com (or your custom domain if configured). Unpublish at any time to show an “Under Construction” page instead.

Store Overview

After choosing Ecommerce or QuickStore during onboarding, you land on the Store Hub. It shows a publish checklist with these requirements:

• Store name is set
• Razorpay keys or online payment toggle enabled
• At least one active product has stock
• Contact phone number is set
• At least one serviceable pincode or range

All items must be green before you can publish. If you disable online payments (Razorpay toggle OFF), the keys requirement is skipped.

What is QuickStore?

QuickStore is a lightweight ecommerce option built for local delivery businesses — restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, flower shops, bakeries, and more. Customers order for same-day or next-day delivery within your serviceable area.

Delivery Area

Dashboard → Store Settings → Delivery Area. Add serviceable pincodes as exact 6-digit codes or as ranges (e.g. 452001–452020). Set a flat delivery fee, a free-delivery-above threshold, and an optional minimum order value.

Store Hours

Set per-day open and close times. When your store is closed, customers can still place orders — they are labelled “Scheduled for next opening” rather than rejected. Toggle accepting orders off to pause new orders entirely. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and on the order confirmation page.

Publishing Your QuickStore

Same checklist as Ecommerce stores, plus: at least 1 serviceable pincode or range must be added. Dashboard → Store → Publish.

Adding Products

Dashboard → Products → Add Product. Fill 7 sections:

• Basic Info — name, slug, description, category
• Images — upload multiple; first image is the thumbnail
• Pricing — price, compare-at price, SKU
• Inventory — stock quantity, unlimited stock toggle
• Variants — size, color, or other options
• SEO — meta title and description
• Related Products — link to other products

AI can generate product name, description, and short description for you.

Product Variants & CSV Import

Variants: Define option names (e.g. Size, Color) and values (S, M, L / Red, Blue). Click “Generate Variants” — a table of all combinations is created. Set SKU, price, stock, and image per variant.

CSV Import: Download the template from Dashboard → Products → Import. Fill in columns including pipe-separated variation columns (variation_option, variation_values, etc.). Upload the CSV to bulk-import products.

Categories

Dashboard → Categories. Create categories with a name, slug, description, and optional image. Toggle “Show in Nav” to display the category in your store navbar. Drag to reorder. Products are linked to one category each.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

Dashboard → Store Settings → Payment Gateway tab. Enter your own Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret (from your Razorpay dashboard at dashboard.razorpay.com). Toggle between Test mode (for testing) and Live mode (for real payments). Click “Test Connection” to verify.

Keys are encrypted and never exposed to anyone — not even Growmiz support.

Shipping Configuration

Dashboard → Store Settings → Shipping tab.

• Flat Rate — a fixed charge per order (default ₹60)
• COD Charge — extra fee for Cash on Delivery orders
• Free Shipping Threshold — orders above this amount get free shipping
• Carrier Integration — connect Shiprocket or Delhivery for automated rates, labels, and tracking
• Pincode Rules — custom shipping rates for specific pincode ranges

Shipping pricing follows a waterfall: if Shiprocket is connected, it quotes first. If Shiprocket fails, pincode rules apply. If no rule matches, the flat rate is used.

Coupons & Discounts

Requires the Coupons addon. Dashboard → Coupons → Add Coupon.

Types: Percentage Off, Fixed Amount Off, Free Shipping, Buy X Get Y. Set minimum order amount, maximum discount cap, usage limit, per-customer limit, start/end dates, and first-time-customer-only toggle.

Coupons are validated server-side at checkout — customers cannot fake a discount.

WhatsApp Notifications

Requires the WhatsApp Integration addon. Dashboard → Store Settings → WhatsApp tab.

Enter your WhatsApp Business API Token, Phone Number ID, and Business Account ID (from Meta Business Suite). You must register 7 message templates in Meta Business Manager before they can be sent:

• growmiz_order_cancelled
• growmiz_order_refunded
• growmiz_order_preparing
• growmiz_order_out_for_delivery

The template bodies to copy are shown in the WhatsApp settings tab.

Store Design

Dashboard → Design. Customise your store’s look and feel:

• Store name, logo, favicon, hero section (title, subtitle, background image)
• Announcement bar, featured banner slider, promo video
• Colors (accent, secondary, background, text, border), fonts, border radius, button and card styles
• Homepage sections: add/reorder/remove (New Arrivals, Featured Products, Category Showcase, Offer Banners, Testimonials, Blog Strip, Newsletter CTA, Instagram Feed, Video Reel Carousel, and more)
• Footer text

A live preview updates as you change settings.

Customer Accounts

Dashboard → Store Settings → Customer Accounts tab. Toggle:

• Allow customer registration
• Require email verification on signup
• Allow guest checkout (purchase without an account)

Customers manage their orders and addresses from the Account section of your store (yoursite.growmiz.com/account).

Analytics

Dashboard → Analytics. Date range: Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom.

KPI cards: Revenue, Orders, Average Order Value, New Customers, Returning Customers, Conversion Rate (each with trend % vs previous period). Charts: Revenue Over Time, Top Products, Orders by Status, Customer Acquisition, Revenue by Category, Average Rating, and Low Stock alerts.

Publishing Your Store

Dashboard → Store → Publish. All checklist items must be green (Razorpay keys requirement is skipped if online payments are disabled). Once published, your store is live at yoursite.growmiz.com.

AI Features

Three addons power AI capabilities on Growmiz:

• AI Text Gen — generates blog posts, FAQ content, SEO meta tags, product descriptions, and setup wizard content. Limits: 20/day, 200/month. Configuration: AI buttons appear in content editors throughout the dashboard.

Prompt Enhancement is available free (no addon needed) to improve rough prompts into detailed image generation prompts — up to 20 enhancements per hour.

SEO Pro

Full SEO control: per-page meta tags, OG/Twitter cards, canonical URLs, noIndex/noFollow, live SEO score (0–100), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, and JSON-LD schema markup.

Configuration: Dashboard → SEO. Set site-level meta in Site Settings tab, per-page meta in Pages SEO tab, and structured data in Schema tab.

Social Marketing

Facebook and Instagram posting, scheduled posts, ad campaign management (create, target, publish), automated lead flows, and Meta Pixel tracking.

Configuration: Dashboard → Marketing. Connect your Meta Business account via OAuth. Create posts in Posts tab, campaigns in Campaigns tab, and automation flows in Automation tab.

Custom Email (SMTP)

Custom SMTP configuration (send from your own domain) and bulk email campaigns to subscribers and customers.

Configuration: Dashboard → Settings → Email. Choose a provider preset (Gmail, etc.) or enter custom SMTP settings. Use the Campaigns tab to compose and send bulk emails.

WhatsApp Business

Floating WhatsApp button on your site and automatic WhatsApp order notifications to customers. 7 lifecycle templates: confirmed, preparing, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, refunded.

Configuration: Dashboard → Store Settings → WhatsApp tab. Enter your WhatsApp Business API credentials from Meta Business Suite. Register the 7 templates in Meta Business Manager for approval.

Blog & Articles

Full blog system with markdown editor, AI content generation, cover images, tags, categories, SEO meta fields, and scheduling (Draft/Published/Archived).

Configuration: Dashboard → Blog. Click New Post, write in markdown, set cover image and SEO fields, toggle Published when ready.

Extra Products

Increases your product limit beyond the base 20 products:

• +100 Extra Products — raises the limit to 120 products
• Unlimited Products — removes the product limit entirely

Configuration: Purchased addons apply automatically. No setup needed.

Extra Pages

Adds one additional page slot to your site. This addon is stackable — purchasing it multiple times adds multiple page slots. The base plan includes 3 pages.

Configuration: Purchased addons apply automatically. New page slots appear in Dashboard → Pages.

Unlimited Gallery

Removes the 20-image limit on your site gallery. Upload as many images as you need.

Configuration: Dashboard → Gallery. Upload images normally — no limit applies.

Bring Your Own Domain

Connect your own domain name (purchased separately from a registrar) instead of the default subdomain. Includes free SSL certificate and full DNS management tools.

Configuration: Dashboard → Domain. Enter your domain, set your DNS A-record to 76.76.21.21 (apex) or CNAME to cname.vercel-dns.com (subdomain), and click Verify.

Coupons & Offers

Discount coupons for your store: percentage discounts, fixed amount, free shipping, Buy X Get Y. Set usage limits, minimum orders, and expiry dates.

Configuration: Dashboard → Coupons → Add Coupon. Choose type, set value and conditions, toggle Active when ready.

Team Members

Up to 4 team members with role-based permissions (Manager, Editor, Support, Viewer). Each member logs in with their phone number and a 6-digit PIN. All 12 permissions are individually toggleable.

Configuration: Dashboard → Team → Add Member. Set name, phone, role, and customise permissions. Members log in at your site subdomain with phone + PIN.

Appointment Booking

Customers book appointments online, choose from available time slots, and receive confirmation emails with .ics calendar attachments. Supports virtual meeting links.

Configuration: Dashboard → Appointments → Settings tab. Set your weekly availability, blackout dates, and virtual meeting defaults. Customers book from your live site.

Popup Builder

Newsletter capture popups, announcement banners, and promotional offers. Configure triggers (time delay, exit intent, scroll depth) and target audiences (first-time, returning, or all visitors).

Configuration: Dashboard → Popup. Choose type, set content, configure trigger and audience rules, enable the popup.

Custom Pages

Custom CMS pages with a markdown editor. Quick-add templates for Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Shipping Policy. AI can generate policy content. Publish/unpublish per page.

Configuration: Dashboard → Custom Pages → Add Page. Choose a template or write from scratch. Toggle Published when ready.

Managing Your Subscription

Dashboard → Billing. View your current plan, next renewal date, and complete invoice history.

Invoices & Billing History

All invoices are listed on the Billing page with the date, amount, and status. Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund from Dashboard → Billing → Request Refund.

Cancelling Your Plan

Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan is not cancelled immediately — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, all your sites are suspended (not deleted). You can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
