📋 7-Day Money-Back Refund Clause
Growmiz offers a 7-day money-back guarantee to all customers. If a customer you referred requests a refund within 7 days of payment, the commission for that referral is voided. Your commission becomes payable only after the 7-day refund window has passed. This is automatically tracked — no action needed from you.
📋 Weekly Payout Cycle — Every Wednesday
Payouts are processed every Wednesday for all eligible (payable) commissions accumulated since the last payout. The payout cycle works as follows:
- All commissions that have passed the 7-day refund window are pooled into a payout batch.
- 10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted as per Indian Income Tax Act Section 194H.
- The net amount (after TDS) is transferred to your registered bank account.
- You will receive a payout confirmation in your dashboard with a breakdown: Gross Commission → TDS → Net Payable.
📋 10% TDS on Commission — Tax Information
A 10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted from every commission payout as per the Indian Income Tax Act, Section 194H (commission/brokerage). Here's what you need to know:
- TDS is deducted at the time of payout — not at the time of conversion.
- Example: If your payable commission is ₹1,500 — TDS of ₹150 is deducted, and ₹1,350 is paid to your bank account.
- The ₹150 TDS is reported against your PAN and is fully claimable as tax credit when you file your Income Tax Return (ITR).
- TDS certificates will be provided for your records at the end of each financial year.
- TDS is applicable only if your total annual commission exceeds the threshold specified under the Income Tax Act.

How do I track my referrals and commissions?
Every affiliate gets a personal dashboard (unique URL — no login required). It shows real-time stats: clicks, signups, conversions, commissions earned, and payout history. You can check it anytime.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion is counted when someone clicks your referral link, creates an account on Growmiz, and purchases a paid subscription (yearly or monthly). Only new paid signups count — upgrades from free to paid, renewals, and free plan signups do not generate commission.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
Growmiz offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If a customer you referred requests a refund within 7 days, the commission for that referral is voided (set to zero). This is automatic — you'll see it reflected in your dashboard.
When will I get paid?
Payouts are processed every Wednesday. Only commissions that have crossed the 7-day refund window are eligible. For example, if a customer signed up on Monday and the refund window ends next Monday, that commission would be included in the Wednesday payout after the window closes.
How will I receive the payout?
Payouts are made via NEFT/bank transfer to your registered bank account or via UPI. You need to set up your bank details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code) or UPI ID in your affiliate dashboard.
What documents do I need to provide?
To receive payouts, you need to complete KYC verification by uploading: PAN card, Aadhaar card (front and back), and a cancelled cheque. Your bank account holder name must match the name on your PAN/Aadhaar. KYC is mandatory for all payouts as per RBI guidelines and Income Tax regulations.
Can I change my bank details after KYC is verified?
Yes, you can update your bank account details or UPI ID anytime from your dashboard — even after KYC is verified. However, your PAN and Aadhaar card documents cannot be changed after verification.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
No. There is no minimum threshold. Whatever commission you've earned and is payable will be transferred every Wednesday — even if it's ₹100.
